We have a dedicated and talented team of Engineers that can solve your engineering problems and needs. Our workshop is modern and well equipped and we are committed to offer a prompt and efficient service to our customers.

Our site has easy access and is close to Taupo's bypass. We have plenty of on and off street parking. Multiply access o the site and workshop with drive through capability.

We relocated our business to this site in 2009 where we now offer a wide range of services, these include (but not limited to):

Workshop

Our fully equipped workshops can cater for just about any task with ease. Divided into 3 Zones:

Zone 1 : Plate storage and processing this area also provides Two large work stations with a 5 Ton Gantry crane

Zone 2: Three workstations for jobbing work supported by a 2 ton Gantry crane

Zone 3 : Machine shop with Lathes, Radial Drill, Punch Shear, bandsaw, 150 Ton W/S press etc.. also Two large work stations

Multiple access to the workshops with drive through capability gives us the flexibility to efficiently carry work on 7 jobs at once.

Ample parking and outside storage with close proximity to Taupo Township and 400 meters from the Eastern Arterial Bypass(Centennial Drive)

Zone 1

Time saving, we are able to handle plate safely and efficiently between our Plate storage area, profile cutter, 200 ton Brake press and Guillotine.

This Workshop handles inward goods, plate storage and processing all under a 5 ton gantry crane along with two large work stations for the bigger projects.

Zone 2

Three busy work stations in this zone handle most of our jobbing work. With easy access to plant in other areas this zone is all about getting the job done.

Zone 3

Machine shop home for the Lathes and a Mill a radial drill and 150 Ton workshop press. We are well equipped to handle most projects in house.

Profile Cutter

CNC 275 Amp Plasma handles sheets of 6000x2400 and up to 50mm thick. Beyond that we have gas capability up to 100mm. Our Sigmanest program quickly loads parts into an efficient nesting solution provides us with a quick and efficient nest that reduces both material waste and time.
